Our Mission

Helping Millions of Motor Carriers Grow Better

We believe not just in growing bigger, but in growing better. We’re providing motor carriers with the opportunity to reach a higher level of professional business management. We want financial management to become a new trend in trucking, taking less time and providing accurate financial clarity

Our Story

We recognized carriers must control their money and took action

In 2022, two friends, Anatol Koval and Alex Vaylor noticed their motor carrier partners shutting down in numbers not seen before. When asked the reasons, Motor Carrier Owners could not say anything but blame the market conditions. Many business owners in the trucking industry did not ask themselves why their 10-truck-fleet company went bankrupt while somebody else's similar company still brings its owner clean profit.

A team of financial specialists was assembled immediately, and profit and loss analysis were performed for 150 partner motor carriers, calculating the cost per mile and highlighting inefficiencies for each truck. After identifying major inefficiencies that could be addressed, we saved 86% of motor carriers that were on the brink of bankruptcy.

Other Motor Carrier Owners didn’t want to work desperately and blindly; they wanted a simple-to-use tool that could help control each dollar in their trucking business. So, Trucker Calculator was founded.

In 2023, a young, proactive team, with Igor Mira as the product manager, launched software that allows users to input raw numbers and receive cooked financial analysis. With Trucker Calculator, the Motor Carrier Owner can control company finances and earn more money.
